Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, olive oil, and all spices.
- Rub the mixture all over the pork chops. Let them marinate for 15ā30 minutes for more flavor.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook pork chops for 4ā5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (internal temp should be 145°F / 63°C).
