Ingredients
1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1β2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
4β5 slices of prosciutto
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Olive oil (for brushing)
Fresh basil leaves (optional, for topping)
Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C).
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil to help it crisp.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add peach slices and tear prosciutto into smaller pieces, placing them over the cheese.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
