Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
3 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or macaroni work well)
2 cups marinara or pasta sauce
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese (optional for creaminess)
1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix pasta, chicken, pasta sauce, ricotta (if using), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
