Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
¼ cup salsa or green enchilada sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
8–10 small flour or corn tortillas
Cooking spray or oil for brushing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.
- Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling into each tortilla.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray or brush lightly with oil for a crispy finish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, or extra salsa.
