Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb bacon, cut in half
½ cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Wooden or metal skewers
Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Directions

- Thread chicken onto skewers, bacon seam side down.
- Brush with teriyaki sauce on all sides.

- Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for a meatier bite, or thin-cut for crispier results.
Make them spicier by adding sriracha to the teriyaki sauce.
Pairs well with rice, noodles, or a fresh salad.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated.
