Ingredients
½ cup fresh orange juice (from about 1–2 oranges)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for creaminess and balance)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Whisk well or shake in a jar with a lid until fully mixed.
- In a small bowl or jar, combine orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard (if using).
- Taste and adjust – add more honey for sweetness or more vinegar for tang.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake before using.
