Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade, about 12-inch size)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1–2 fresh peaches, thinly sliced
4–6 slices of prosciutto
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta (optional)
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze (for drizzling, optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush crust with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
- Add peach slices and torn pieces of prosciutto.
- If using, sprinkle crumbled goat cheese or feta on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, top with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Slice and serve warm!

- Use nectarines if peaches aren’t in season.
Try adding a bit of arugula after baking for a peppery flavor.
